Course Overview

Welcome to Timeless Wellness Women. This is our Pilot Foundation Course where you will learn some general tips about health and wellbeing in the various wellness pillars. You can then choose to integrate what wellbeing areas you wish to change in your life, and you will have the option to use our coaching services to make it happen. What areas are important to you and what can you improve on to potentially make a difference in your future life.  We are here for you every step of the way.

The aim here is to keep things simple, and to avoid the overwhelm as after all our lives are busy enough as it is. It is time for you to take a look at your own health and you can use the prevention-based strategies provided to you, or find your own micro-habits to kickstart your journey.  As a health and wellness coach, I am here to empower you if you are willing and want to make positive changes happen for yourself. 

This first module provides a brief introduction showing the timeline of the course, and understanding “what are values” and why they matter. We start off with Physical & Lifestyle factors and how any of these could impact you. The worksheet is here for you to work through when you get to the end of module 1.
